A great opportunity to immerse yourself in all things Tai Chi & Qigong!
The Tai Chi Space Winter Weekend is back, and I’m excited to invite you to join and give you more information about what we will be covering.
This years Winter Weekend is all about building ‘Gong’ into your practice. Gong as in Gong-fu or Kung-fu meaning embodying the skill and qualities of Tai Chi and Qigong. The week will cover the Wu 7 Short form, Nei gong mechanisms, Chen 83 form, push hands and applications. This allows me to pass on the Wu Tai Chi 7 form as a small but comprehensive system. The practice includes a heavy amount of energy work (nei gong), body mechanics, push hands exercises, and clear and practical applications for each of the 7 moves, making it a complete system of practice that builds long lasting gong for health and martial arts.
