The first part of this year's Tai Chi Space Summer Camp will focus on building ‘Gong’ into your practice. Gong as in Gong-fu or Kung-fu meaning embodying the skill and qualities of Tai Chi and Qigong. The week will cover the Wu 7 Short form, Nei gong mechanisms, Chen 83 form, push hands and applications. This allows me to pass on the Wu Tai Chi 7 form as a small but comprehensive system. The practice includes a heavy amount of energy work (nei gong), body mechanics, push hands exercises, and clear and practical applications for each of the 7 moves, making it a complete system of practice that builds long lasting gong for health and martial arts.
